Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Most of the orders ship within 1 to 3  business days. You will receive an order confirmation email once you place your order.  If your item is out of stock, we will credit your card and reach out to you via email.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the order, and you should receive your order in 5 to 7 business days for in-stock items. Refunds and Exchanges

It is our goal to provide quality products you will enjoy. If unsatisfied, it's easy to make a return or exchange.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Do not throw any of the package or its contents away. Doing so may affect our ability to process your claim.

You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, to be eligible for a return. You'll also need the receipt for proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Refund Process

The following are the steps to issue a refund for lost or damaged items:

1.    Proof of damage. Take pictures that clearly display the reported damage. Including at least 1 image where we can clearly see the product label. We need pictures of the container it arrived in with all its contents, including the packing material.

2.    Email the images, your contact info, and a description of the damage to to start the return process.

3.    Once the damage has been verified by our team, we'll send you a return label with instructions on how and where to send your package. (This process takes 2-3 weeks.)

4.    Once we receive the damaged product back, we will issue a full refund in 2-3 days. (Please note that we can not issues refunds on gift cards)​​

Exchanging of Items

The item being exchanged must be in its original packaging, and undamaged.

To exchange an item, contact us first at We will respond via email with the return address for your exchange within 2 - 3 business days. Return the item you ordered to the address given, and include your contact info with the item. Once the item you exchanged is accepted, we will refund the purchase price of the item within 2 - 3 business days. We cannot refund the shipping costs. You can then make a new purchase for the item you want.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as soaps, skin care products, special orders, and personalized items, cannot be returned or exchanged.  We cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us at if you have questions or concerns about your item. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items purchased with gift cards.

Item Not Received

If tracking shows the package was delivered, but the recipient disputes it, we will open an investigation with the carrier.  Once the carrier agrees that the package was lost in shipment, we will issue a full refund. This process takes 2-3 weeks.


Once your order has shipped, we will not accept cancellation of the order.  Contact if you wish to cancel an order. 

Special orders, and personalized items, cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
