The Magnesium Nighttime Cream is a new product that I have available this year. This is a lovely cream that can be applied at night to the bottoms of feet or calves to help reduce muscle soreness, relieve restless leg syndrome, or hopefully relax you so you can drift off to sleep easier. I make this cream using magnesium chloride flakes that are dissolved in distilled water so the magnesium will be absorbed transdermally through the skin. I use this at night after I have gotten in bed and I am ready to relax. I apply the cream to the bottoms of my feet, put socks on, and start to unwind.
Ingredients: Distilled Water, Magnesium Chloride, Shea and Mango butter, Jojoba oil, Hempseed oil, Emulsifying Wax, Stearic Acid, Optiphen, and Lavender Essential Oil.
